Our three new pasta lines at the Sial Paris

From October 21st to October 25th we will be present at Sial Paris, the International Food Exhibition in Paris. On this occasion we will present to the international public our innovative patented platinum and silver dies, candidates for the Italian FOOD Awards 2018 of ItalianFOOD.net and the new lines Organic, Whole Grain and Senatore Cappelli pasta.

Three lines of 100% Italian durum wheat semolina pasta, produced with ultra-filtered water from the Sorgenti dei Monti Irpini, extruded through bronze and subjected to low-temperature slow drying.


The Organic, Whole Grain and Senatore Capelli pasta lines are created to meet the needs of all those consumers who are attentive to a varied and balanced diet and a quality cuisine, in full respect of the great Italian gastronomic tradition and a healthy lifestyle.
