The Fusillo Avellinese

The Avellino’s fusillo is a typical format of the Irpinia’s gastronomic tradition rediscovered by Pastificio Graziano and recovered in its typical characteristics.

This specialty is the flagship and is produced in the variants Short Fusillo and Long Fusillo, strictly with a slow drying process and with the traditional bronze-drawing process or in innovative version with the platinum and silver drawing process.
