Our cooking shows at CIBUS Parma

From today until May 10th we will be present at “CIBUS”, 19th International Food Exhibition, organized in Parma. You will find us at the Booth A046 in Hall 5 ( see the map here).

Every day, from 12.00 to 14.00, the best chefs will alternate in our booth to create exclusive cooking shows. Each of these gastronomic events will be a real journey of tradition and the flavors of our land. In fact, our chefs will use only the best ingredients from the Agro Nocerino – Sarnese to create spectacular dishes that enhance the excellence of the food in Campania in all its peculiarities.

Here is the complete schedule of our cooking shows:
• May 7: Chef ROBERTA ESPOSITO from “La Contrada”.
• May 8: Chef DAVIDE SCABIN from the channel 5 tv show “Giallo zafferano” accompanied by CRISTINA CHIABOTTO.
• May 9: Chef PAOLO BARRALE from “Marennà”.
• May 10: Chef ALBERTO ANNARUMMA from “Casa del nonno 13”.

NB: Chef GIOVANNI MARICONDA of “Degusta Restaurant” will be present at all cooking shows.
We look forward to savoring together the wonderful products of our land, cooked according to the inspiration and refinement of our chefs.
