Pastificio Graziano triumphs at the Italy Food Awards 2023/2024

Pastificio Graziano has distinguished itself in the Italian culinary scene by winning the prestigious award in the “Pastificio” category of the Italy Food Awards 2023/2024.
The Italy Food Awards evaluate participating companies on an annual basis for product quality, sustainability, and packaging, as well as rewarding efforts in enhancing and disseminating Italian food and wine specialties globally. This competition aims to promote the excellence of the sector, with particular attention to small and medium-sized businesses, through blind tastings to guarantee impartiality and meritocracy.
The awards event, hosted at the elegant Villa Renoir in Legnano, celebrated quality and innovation in the Italian food sector by rewarding the most representative companies of Made in Italy. Our success is the result of the commitment of the entire pasta factory team, but also of the company’s orientation towards innovation thanks to new patented dies and internationalisation, with a significant share of production now destined for the European and US markets.
Our CEO Alfonso D’Urso, moved, dedicated the victory from the Italy Food Awards to the memory of his brother Andrea, co-founder of the company, underlining the pride and honor for this recognition which testifies to commitment and passion that characterize Pastificio Graziano: “We are proud and honored to have received this important award, which represents further confirmation of the path we have undertaken – he declared – I thank the organization of the Italy Food Awards, the Department of Chemistry and Biology of the University of Salerno and of course my collaborators and those who believed in us.”
